Amy's Journey

 Like all journeys, mine has had it share of goods and bad. 

the Bad being I never felt welcomed in conventional settings. However I never knew that the reason for this was down to my own learning style. At 32 middle of my access degree my lecturer said " Amy do you have ADHD" typically I said "no I'm just not very bright"

Well wasn't I going to eat those words, fast forward 12 month and I had my assessment where it was determined that not only did I have ADHD but I was severely dyslexic. 

The Good came from pushing myself to learn and falling in love with how I learn. Yes I am a Kinaesthetic learner and also I have a photographic memory.

From Breaking myself out of the "I cant mindset" I was able to achieve 

 My Nursing degree (2.2 grade)

Level 3 massage therapy 

Level 5 laser hair, tattoo and electrolysis training
